Great for Pilsner, Ales, light beers, and wheat beers. Swaen©Sauer is a barley malt acidified with lactobaccilli for the pH reduction of the mash. Causes an improvement in the action of hydrolytic enzymes and also offers advantages in brewing water with low residual alkalinity.

Overall: Correction of the pH value during fermentation.

Usage: Up to 5%
